In correspondence with the mission and vision of the National University of Engineering, this publication affirms our commitment to disseminate scientific and technological work, exposing to the scientific community and the general population, the information of seven research papers in areas of engineering, educational quality and agribusiness. Emphasizing the participation of the research professors of the National University of Engineering of Nicaragua through the Faculty of Technology of Industry, Regional Headquarters UNI North, the Research Program, National Studies and Environmental Services (PIENSA) as well as the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua (UNAN Managua) and the Nicaraguan Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA).
